Registration fees are...

  • $550 (online registration) for delegates and includes all sessions, meals, and events.
  • $500 (Early Bird registration must be paid by July 31st use coupon code EarlyBird) for delegates and includes all sessions, meals, and events.
  • $300 for guests and includes all guest program sessions, meals, and events.
  • $300 for retired delegates and includes all sessions, meals, and events. NOTE: Retired delegates cannot represent any company or agency
  • $400 (KYTC registration) for KYTC delegates and includes all sessions, meals, and events.
  • $150 (single day registration) for delegates and includes all sessions, meals, and events for day registered.

Cancellation Information

All cancellations must be received by September 10, 2017. Substitutions may be made until September 17, 2017. Please contact Carolyn Weber to cancel or substitute your registration. Eligible refunds will be handled as follows: if paying by credit card, your account will be credited within 5 business days of notification of cancellation. If paying by check, a refund check will be sent to your address on file within 5 business days of notification.
